        血管內皮功能障礙與衰老

        摘要:衰老是近年來科學研究的重要內容,血管內皮功能障礙是血管老化的早期病理改變之一。血管內皮功能障礙主要表現在一氧化氮、前列環素和內皮源性超極化因子等一系列內皮舒血管物質的生成減少或其生物利用度下降,而內皮素、血栓素和活性氧等一些內皮縮血管物質的生成或血管對這些物質的敏感性增加。另外,衰老導致的內皮前體細胞功能減退影響血管內皮修復能力也起到一定的作用。他汀類藥物、血管緊張素轉換酶抑制劑、雌激素、抗氧化劑、抗炎與還氧合酶抑制劑和運動等具有改善內皮功能的作用。現就衰老和內皮功能關系作一概述。

        Abstract: Cellular senescence is the important part of recent scientific research, whereas the vascular endothelial dysfunction is a nearly event in the pathogenesis of vascular senescence. Reducing the productivity and bioavailability of endothelium-derived relaxing factors, such as nitric oxide, prostaglandin, endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factors; and increasing the
        productivity and sensitivity of endothelium-derived constricting factors, including endothelin, thmnaboxane A2 and reactive oxygen species, are the key determinants of age-associated endothelial dysfunction. Statin , ACEI ,estrogen, anti-oxidant drug, cyclooxgenase inhibitor and exercise could ameliorate endothelial function. This article discusses the relation of cell
        senescence and endothelial function.
