        摘要:創傷伴隨著出血和止血過程,正常止血機理對于人體大面積受傷出血若不能及時挽救,就意味著死亡。傳統的止血藥物有部分局限,新型的納米藥物還未走向市場。部分短肽快速止血的效果突出,但創傷界面互相作用而導致止血快速發生的機制依然是急需突破的難點。

        Abstract: Trauma is always associated with blood bleeding and hemostatic process. If the normal hemostatic cascade mechanism do not work injured massive bleeding and, not any recue stop
        bleeding rapidly, it means high risky death. Traditional hemostatic medicines and materials have some limitations, and the new pre-Nan medicines are a potential to the market. Some peptides have a completive advantage to rapid hemostasis, but the mechanism of interaction where is due to stop bleeding processes between the nanomaterials and wound surface, is in urgent need of breakthrough.
